SureConnect uses 2 predictive dialler systems for outbound telemarketing – Purity and Power Connex. – which are described in more detail in Appendix 1.

Dedicated internet bandwidth of 2MB for voice and 2MB for data is available provided by Eastern Telecom and Globe Telecom respectively. This is easily expandable based on client requirements.
